Returns & Exchanges

 

You can return or Exchange any item as long as you fulfill the following requirements:

 

  • You will need to go to returns at the customer service section for an RMA (return merchandise authorization), any merchandise received at FITVO. without an RMA will be returned to the original address.
  • Contact our team and include your RMA for your returned item within 15 days of receipt, any returns received after this period may be rejected.
  • All shipping expenses related to returns and exchanges will be responsibility of the customer. If your product is defective due to manufacturing fault, please contact our team, you will be asked to send photos of the fault to speed up the process and proceed to the Exchange.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been washed.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items covered in animal or human hair.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been discontinued and are no longer on the website.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items which have a distinct smell (deodorant, body odor etc..).
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been worn or do not longer have the hangtags.


    You as the customer, are liable for your parcel until the moment it reaches FITVO., we recommend sending returns on a recorded delivery to avoid any issues with your return reaching us.
